Moreover, endoscopy is used widely in treating patients with this disease. The main goal of endoscopic techniques is hemostasis and elimination of vascular transformations. This includes formalin application, band ligation, various types of laser irradiation, bipolar coagulation and cryotherapy. However, these methods are associated with relatively high risk of complications, whereas argon plasma coagulation and radiofrequency ablation are effective, relatively safe techniques for chronic radiation proctitis and well tolerated by patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Эндоскопические технологии являются не только приоритетным методом диагностики и стадирования, но и основным методом эффективного лечения хронического лучевого проктита. Среди эндоскопических методов лечения могут применяться аппликации формалина, а также остановка кровотечения и устранение сосудистых трансформаций при помощи лигирующих устройств, различных видов лазерного облучения, биполярной коагуляции и криовоздействия, однако при применении этих методов описана большая частота осложнений, в то время как аргоноплазменная коагуляция и радиочастотная аблация являются эффективными, относительно безопасными способами лечения хронического лучевого проктита и легко переносятся пациентами.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic radiation proctitis</kwd><kwd>endoscopic surgery</kwd><kwd>radiofrequency ablation</kwd><kwd>argon plasma coagulation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хронический лучевой проктит</kwd><kwd>эндоскопическая хирургия</kwd><kwd>радиочастотная аблация</kwd><kwd>аргоноплазменная коагуляция</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
