The following parameters were evaluated: the ratio between the predicted need for telehealth consultations and the real number of requests, the number of medical errors in patients who had already undergone first and / or subsequent treatment stages (according to relevant clinical guidelines).</p><p><bold> Results.</bold> Fifteen telehealth consultations were provided during this year: 13 of them (86.7 %) for disease progression or complications and 2  of them (13.3 %) to determine the initial treatment strategy. Treatment errors were registered in 11 out of 13 cases (84.6 %). The predicted need based on the population size was 565 consultations per year; the predicted need based on the real number of patients visited cancer clinics was 81 consultations.</p><p><bold> Conclusions.</bold> We found many significant errors in treatment regimens of patients with squamous cell anal carcinoma. Wider use of telehealth consultations with Federal centers will ensure the correct choice of the initial treatment strategy. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> – анализ обращаемости и потенциальной потребности регионов в телемедицинских консультациях при лечении пациентов с диагнозом рака анального канала, а также анализ распространенных ошибок, допускаемых в процессе лечения.</p><p><bold> Материалы и методы.</bold> Проанализированы телемедицинские консультации пациентов из 3 федеральных округов за период с апреля 2019 г. по апрель 2020 г. Анализируемые параметры включали соотношение прогнозируемой потребности и количество запросов на телемедицинскую консультацию, количество врачебных ошибок у пациентов, которым ранее уже был проведен 1-й и / или последующие этапы лечения (в соответствии с действовавшими на момент лечения клиническими рекомендациями).</p><p><bold> Результаты.</bold> За год проведено 15 телемедицинских консультаций: 13 (86,7 %) – по поводу прогрессирования или осложнений заболевания, 2 (13,3 %) – для определения первичного плана лечения. Ошибки в процессе лечения допущены у 11 (84,6 %) пациентов из 13. Прогнозируемая потребность исходя из численности населения – 565 консультаций за год, прогнозируемая потребность исходя из реальной обращаемости в онкологические диспансеры – 81 консультация.</p><p><bold> Выводы.</bold> Присутствует высокое число значимых ошибок при определении плана лечения пациентов с плоскоклеточным раком анального канала.
