The total number of complications was 25.2 % for all patients, and Clavien–Dindo class IIIB complication rate was also the same (3.2 % vs 2.6 %, p &gt;0.05).</p><p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> The introduction of ICA in right colectomy into routine practice at the stage of passing the learning curve is safe and applicable.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> – оценить безопасность внедрения интракорпорального анастомоза (ИКА) при правосторонних гемиколэктомиях на этапе прохождения кривой обучения.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Ретроспективно проанализированы результаты лечения 102 пациентов за 2019 г., из них 64 были оперированы экспертом, 38 – проходящими кривую обучения ИКА при правосторонних гемиколэктомиях.</p><p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Время операции было меньше у эксперта (145 мин против 210 мин, р &lt;0,05), не отмечено статистически значимого различия в показателях патоморфологических измерений, количество удаляемых лимфатических узлов было онкологически приемлемо и достоверно не различалось в 2 группах.
