The patient underwent screening colonoscopy at the age of 44; a year before, he had an immunochromatographic fecal occult blood test, which was negative. At the first stage, we performed narrow band imaging with optical magnification, chromoscopy using indigo carmine dye, and endosonography with a 12 MHz transducer. Then the patient underwent radical endoscopic mucosal resection with submucosal dissection. Immunohistochemical examination of surgical specimens demonstrated that both tumors were well differentiated (G<sub>1</sub> ). The patient was followed up during a year and had no signs of recurrence.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приводится пример комплексной эндоскопической диагностики и лечения больного с синхронными нейроэндокринными опухолями прямой кишки. Пациент решил пройти скрининговую колоноскопию в возрасте 44 лет; за год до эндоскопического исследования сдавал кал на определение скрытой крови методом иммунохроматографического анализа, гемоглобина в материале не было обнаружено. На 1-м этапе выполнены узкоспектральная эндоскопия с оптическим увеличением, хромоскопия с раствором индигокармина и эндосонография ультразвуковым датчиком частотой 12 МГц. На 2-м этапе осуществлено радикальное хирургическое лечение в объеме эндоскопической  резекции слизистой оболочки с диссекцией в подслизистом слое. По результатам иммуногистохимического исследования обе опухоли были высокодифференцированными (G<sub>1</sub> ).
