The article discusses the tactics and results of treatment of locally advanced colon cancer. We consider the reasonability of multivisceral colon resections in locally advanced colon cancer. The clinical case of locally advanced cancer of the left half of the colon, which got combined treatment, is presented.

В статье рассматриваются тактика и результаты лечения местно-распространенного рака ободочной кишки. Обсуждается целесообразность выполнения мультивисцеральных резекций ободочной кишки. Представлен клинический случай пациента с местно-распространенным раком левой половины ободочной кишки, которому проведено комбинированное лечение.
