Use of modern scales, calculators, and questionnaires for evaluation of functional and physical status of this complex patient category by a multidisciplinary team allows to personalize therapy approach, minimize complications and morbidity after specific treatment. Application of the developed algorithms of assessment of older patients creates satisfactory conditions for their treatment based on oncological adequacy, functionality, and safety.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
Применение разработанных алгоритмов обследования людей пожилого и старческого возраста создает приемлемые условия для их лечения с учетом онкологической адекватности, функциональности и безопасности.</p><p> </p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>rectal cancer</kwd><kwd>older age</kwd><kwd>geriatric age</kwd><kwd>comprehensive geriatric assessment</kwd><kwd>comorbidity</kwd><kwd>scales</kwd><kwd>questionnaires</kwd><kwd>surgical and combination complex treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак прямой кишки</kwd><kwd>пожилой и старческий возраст</kwd><kwd>всесторонняя гериатрическая оценка</kwd><kwd>коморбидность</kwd><kwd>шкалы</kwd><kwd>опросники</kwd><kwd>хирургическое</kwd><kwd>комбинированное и комплексное лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
